Mr. Grostyan was able to successfully negotiate a resolution whereby the client would pay a fine on the Petty Misdemeanor Possession of Drug Paraphernalia, which is not considered a crime, and the Misdemeanor Possession of Marijuana in a Motor Vehicle charge was dismissed. The client did not incur a driver's license revocation. In addition, the client lived out-of-state and the matter resolved without the client returning to Minnesota to deal with the charges.
